These two dedication pages are slightly modified (including my handwriting, rendered with a digital pen), and have margin notes. The notes regarding the identity of the Mr W.H. and how "in the loop" Thomas Thorpe was regarding Shakespeare's intentions may be conjecture, but the rest are evidenced by the text itself.
